Electric surprise

The other day had my electric cut off. I didn’t know thought it was a problem. Phone Kibtek you not paid bill. I told them that i was in credit from last month which they told me at office. She said I was 650 behind. So i paid. Now they cut my tenant off when she was in front 450 from last month. So not only where did the money go. But gave 9 days notice now after bill then bag they pull the plug. What the hell is going on

Check and see if your payment has gone to pay someone else's bill, this happened to a friend of mine a few months ago.
Another on our site had theirs cut a while back, as they are tied in with the builder for some reason, he hadn't paid his bill, although they had paid theirs.

No all my payments made as I see history. But last month bill no show so went to the shop and he said I was in credit 1850 tl so no bills. I honestly don’t understand it

Perhaps they have been over zealous with collecting debts from other people…..

Kibtek had put out a warning recently about some of the online sites where you could pay were bogus . People were paying their bills but the money was obviously taken by these bogus sites. They said don’t use these sites. Only use the kibtek site
