There is a place in Alsancak just before the golden lady. It's a hut on the roadside that has lawn mowers outside. It's on the left going towards Lapta. Think it's still there, difficult to tell work all the road works going on.

Drive towards Lapta and before the said roundabout is what used to be a really tatty old hut, he used to sell sorts of second hand stuff. It now smartened up up and not so tatty. You pull off the road and you will see the machines lined up facing the road.
