There is a place next to tims café opposite Erdeners, also the stone place near Sultans restaurant.

Thank you all - it turned out that 'gates' was correct, we found the place that he mentioned, and we've ordered some from there.

Make sure they are fully dry or they will crack easily when you put them down

I noticed a collection of these tiles, used, next (west side) to Pool Land yayı market, Karşıyaka.
I would venture a guess these are scrap - ask. Nothing ventured and all that.
