Car Tax is Due today

Have been on the usual form as before , which is continuing to load but doesn't actually dowload. Went on to web page to see if it had moved but no luck. As I've already been fined 2,000tl for being late, I'm trying to be spot on this time. Any help out there. Thanks.

You have untill 15th to pay before you are fined.

You were correct, all OK now. Computers must have had their first cup of coffee.
