Their figures don't add up, if population rises to 20,000, then there would be approx 25 people living in each flat.

Of course you'll get power cuts on a daily/nightly basis, it goes without saying as the country can't cope now, let alone with those monstrosities being built. What a nasty joke that is to add Eden Project to their web address. Anyone who has actually been to the Eden Project will be horrified to compare the two.

What about the infrastructure , schools, medical centres etc. Not to mention electrical power supplies, why not solar power on the roof. And a public transports system that people can afford.
