Does anybody know where I can get spares for my Stihl C 170 chain saw please.
I have lost the front chain adjustment screw and I want to change to a new side entry adjuster. Thanks

Only place I have seen bits for Stihl chain saws is in Superhome in the South - limited amount of bits as well but they can order for you.

This firm is the main Stihl dealer in the north and deals with the main dealer in the south.

Across the road from the Tulips Shop in Alsancak there is a new shop that has opened and there is a Stihl Sign outside, sorry but I dont know the name of the shop

Hi rockpebbler. I found the place you were on about and what a shop. All your Stihl requirements are there for sale. As far as spares/service etc I was sent up to the little parade of shops in Lapta where their service centre is. Another amazing find. If you have anything gardening mechanical that needs repairing or just servicing this is your man. Once again thanks. A very good find.

That sounds useful - could you give an actual location please?

It might help you ask around within local lighting stores, or call Stihl dealers. I have not seen them, but other outlets like eBay or Amazon have spare parts for Stihl saws on sale. You can also look for some part from a specialized of chainsaw repair shop around your route.

Hi Keith. It is in thew little row of shops by the petrol station. They are 3 shops all together , the left one is an ordinary Yapi. I n the owners own words if it is a Stihl or any other machine we can fix it. I did go in and have a look around and the mechanics certainly looked as if they knew what they were doing.

A Google map would be very useful as it looks as if Kibkom members are going to be interested. !!

Working on the google maps. However it really is easy to find. Went in again on Saturday and the owner is so helpful its amazing and not expensive. Any time you are passing just pop in and have a look at what he has got. I shall be using him all the time now as over the years I have been ripped off by so called experts. Yep a good one for ALL garden machinery

collected my chain saw yesterday and it was perfect. Good full service, new chain, new chain tensioner changed from from front to side mode, oil pump checked, new spark plugs. Started first go. All for £32. Now that is a good deal. Have asked the owner to put himself on Kibcom so should be here soon.
A truly first class service . Not only chain saws but anything mechanical he will sort out & also a very good Yapi next door.
