No Internet for four days

My provider has been "investigating " why my Internet is down for four days. Fed up with them so best alternatives please. Lapta area.

I live in Karşıyaka and am with Nethouse. Have had no issues with them, apart from some buffering which I believe is common to all Internet providers. Any time there has been an issue an engineer has pitched up the next working day. When you agree to a year's contract they give you 14 months. I recommend them.

I'm just around the corner from Terry 2366 and I never know whether I will have good reception of bad. I've had from between 4.5 mbps to over 20 and there doesn't appear to be any logic to it. Plenty of evenings I can't watch tv and I must complain at least twice a week but Life Cell are unable to tell me what the problem is. Strange because I renewed my contract because the signal was so good but since, well.
Thinking of a change and would like to hear Haypem customers views who are in this locality
