Can anyone tell me the FM stations that you get in English in the car please here in NC. Thanks

Agreed!

If your car audio system has Bluetooth & you have a data connection on your mobile phone, then you can listen to any radio station worldwide (obviously BBC Radio 4 is my favourite :) )

You also have the advantage of a 'Hands-free' phone while you are driving....

<edit> If your car audio system doesn't have bluetooth, you can buy an adaptor that plugs into your cigarette lighter socket which allows you to use your normal car radio to do all of the above with your mobile phone!
