Wow. The cost of stray neutering is minimum 2000 tl . Had 4 dumped on us over Xmas. All need doing. No wonder they ate bring dumped. That price may be less than what it should be .however 4 cats at that price is £180 sterling which I just cannot afford.
Is there any vets doing a neutering program that is affordable.
Thank you in advance.

I thought that Garfieds in Alsancack did it for street cats/dogs under the street programe .
No ,I caught a tom that was trying to kill/mate and took it to them!
No you have to be registered and make an appointment, some thing the tom wouldn,t
co-operate with ,so it cost me 3000tl ,I won,t be doing it again (>:)(

I have been neutering cats for years, I find most vets will have a reduced rate for strays and allow you to spread payment. There are many animal neutering organisations who will assist but it's very difficult to book an appointment and ensure you fulfil it for a street cat which may or may not turn up and you can actually trap it.

If you contact Street Paws (0542 8521981) or their fb page Streetpawskyrenia they will arrange for cat neutering on the east side of Kyrenia for you.
