Does anyone know where I can get pearl barley please, I've tried Şah, Erdener and the health shop.

Most supermarkets sell it . It is called Aşurelik

Pearl barley isn't always easy to find outside of bigger supermarkets. Have you tried any of the larger hypermarkets like Metro or a similar store? Sometimes smaller, independent Turkish shops might stock it too, even if it's not explicitly listed.
