Just in case anyone else affected...
Not sure if it's just me or not, but been unable to access amazon.co.uk or stv.tv yesterday or today (no idea when this problem started). I've contacted support and they will get back to me when engineers have investigated. Of course there may be other websites affected, but I haven't come across problems so far.

When we had trouble accessing a couple of sites, the support advised us to go into our account settings and reactivate the IP Activation a couple of times. This has resolved the problem both times it has since occurred.

Thanks Steve, but already tried that to no avail, including router on and off first then reactivating IP. Still waiting for them to get back to me.

This is on their FB page:
NETWORK UPDATE
Due to a massive ongoing outage of one of our major data centers, all services which are based on regions are currently unavailable. We're in touch with the data center engineers who are working on the problem. Once the problem is resolved, we will let you know. Sincere apologies for inconveniences but the issue is not on our side so we will be monitoring the situation.

Thank you so much Steve for the info. I hadn't seen that, just checked their status on their web page which showed all ok at the time I looked. Still not able to access those sites
