has anyone know what the state hospital charge for open heart surgery as an alternative to private keyhole.

I would of thought the best thing to do is ring 1101 and book an appointment to see a heart doctor who would then be able to advise the treatment required and give costings.

As above but I'm not sure the doctor would be able to give you the costs but if he/she outlines the treatment required, estimated days in hospital you may be able to find out from the Arşiv department on the 2nd floor of the main building. Whatever the cost, it'll be a fraction of the cost of a private operation. They also have private rooms available with TV, fridge freezer, hospital bed and guest bed at an extra cost.

Be prepared for hidden costs.. ask for everything
