Shoe Mender Karaoglanoglu

I have called here four times at least during the last two weeks and he's closed. Message says WE ARE CLOSING. He's been threatening to close for a year now because of painful arthritis. I always seem to miss the Muhtar in the next building, to find out for sure. There is no telephone number on the sign on the door. He has one shoe of mine, and you might have a whole pair with him.

I haven't got the cobbler's number, but the Muhtar's number is +90 542 667 82 63 (On his Facebook page)
