Hi I am trying to email Nesrin at Creditwest catalkoy branch but emails not getting through ...any help ?

Nesrin left credit west last year.. not been the same since so we moved as I believe a few others have
I have her new bank email if you require it

Hi poppy that's such a shame she was there when I opened my account in 2006. Yes if you don't mind I would like to have her details also do you know how I can get in touch with someone at the bank as I am in the UK ATM. Thanks

She moved to the Garanti bank in town, we moved to that bank last year. Nesrin is a lovely helpful lady who responds immediately when you mail her, the best move ever.

She appears to be my latest contact with Creditwest, but it was July last year when I last had to have email contact.

The lady we spoke to just before Christmas to order new debit cards was Karina Konkova karina.konkova@creditwestbank.com
She seems to have taken over Nesrin’s post.

Totall agree re Nesrin, she was wonderful , could you let us know which Garanti she has moved to. One is always helpful, the other not so, particularly if you can't speak good Turkish . Going by the number of new account holders at the Credit West in Alsancak/Karaoglanoglu it comes as no surprise to have an Russian speaking replacement for her,

It's the Garanti on right hand side of the main road from Pia Bella, after General Hospital and Dr Turk Primed, before the turninig to the main car park.

Whatever you do at Garanti Bank, don't go to that specific person on the 2nd floor, in the middle stall.
