Does anyone know how to navigate the online portal to pay tax on rental income ?

It’s a nightmare . You have to get a pass word and all sorts first from tax office

I use it regularly but it is not easy to navigate.

When going to tax office what should we ask for, do you know what it is in Turkish?

If you tell them that you want to pay the rental tax online they will set you up with a username and password and give you instructions in Turkish. As previously said, it's not particularly easy to navigate but once you've managed to get the hang of it, it's much easier than visiting the office every month. They should understand what you mean in English but you could use Google translate to make yourself understood.
