Dear members hope everyone is well. Is there a way of checking my balance on my electricity account without visiting the office in Girne ? I am UK based

Not that I'm aware of, hopefully I am wrong and there is a way.
I get monthly bill emailed to me, but that involves a phone call to Kibtek (or a visit) to set up. You need your account number and original passport number used when setting up account but am sure Kibtek would provide latter if you don't have it. Tel no is +90 392 6000960

Occasionally my monthly bill doesnt come through I email this address and they usually send it through
You could also put your account number into paypointcyprus.com it will show your current balance

Thank you both. I have tried using paypointcyprus with my account number however it also requires a TRNC telephone number which I dont have and ID number
