The lady at Furever Pets next to Petline Vet in Catalkoy is very good. I don’t think she does mobile but you can drop your dog off and she’ll phone you when she’s finished.

Vet Petite has a groomer and have used one mentioned above. Most charge by Kilo of dog- our small 20 kg was coming in at €35, ridiculous really. I'd suggest you also clarify with any groomer whether they sedate the dog- was common practice a few years ago. Our dog likely to lick them to death, but one had sedated it - I was furious.

I have mine groomed by my Vet and his assistant in Alsancak next to Arcelik Does a great job, no sedation, just a muzzle if absolutely necessary, Come out bathed and smellyI. He discusses what you want doing, but have to admit I have a basic cut. Think he charged me 600tl for two and they are small, but as I use him all the time for everything for I suspect I get a discount.

That's a good price for two dogs; my dog (small 'Cyprus terrier', 20 kg) basic cut with trimmers was about 1.500 TL. Bought pet trimmers and will do it myself TBH at these prices. Summer's fine winter bit harder to dry them even with hair dryer.

20kg is not a small dog! Both of mine were @10kg. That would be small.

I think a lot of if it depends an whether you want an actual trained groomer or just someone who wields a set of clippers.

NC2016...
Completely agree. Not many are qualified and the sedation is certainly a thing. Horror stories abound!
Ask before risking your dog. Qualified and do they sedate.
Always turn up before the given time to check dog is being well treated.

My girls were as happy as Larry whenever I collected them. And they looked beautiful. That lady knows what she’s doing! She takes into account the different coat and thickness types. I highly recommend her.

Furever Pets, far superior.
My retriever doesn't stand very well, so she lies on the floor with her to shave her.
Reshat goes the extra mile.

I think the request was for a mobile dog groomer. Somebody that can come to the house and groom rather than take to a vet. I am sure there are a few people that either don't have the transport to take dogs to be groomed or for health reasons cannot leave the house.
