Was down at Esentepe Civil Defence restaurant yesterday and noticed that there was some kind of plan to do things down at the beachfront. There were plots for some kind of building work and a small pathway, and I believe an outside extension to the restaurant. I had no idea of what the actual plans were. There was some kind of digger doing things near to the entrance to the road where the restaurant is. This is perhaps going to be linked to the pathway down to the beachfront. Who knows?
The restuarant itself was a bit noisy, but not unbearably so, due to some work being done inside. I didn't investigate. It's in a nice locations and sitting outside there are lovely views out to sea, and a very pleasant breeze. Food menu is not extensive, but food is good and reasonably priced. To be fair I am vegetarian, so only quickly glanced at the menu for offerings available to me.
