Jackie Lawson - spoke too soon

A few weeks ago people were bemoaning they were being barred from the above and I was saying after 15 years or something I was OK. Well as of today I am barred and need to send card to NZ. Did anyone find a way around the problem? My problem I have so many birthdays and anniversaries in the contact list plus loads of email addresses. Plus they have a years subscription and a couple of cards yet to be sent.
Im not sure of their reasoning, but it it does seem to be either their dislike of GOOGLE or ISP and country.

Advice was to add VPN extension to Chrome. I advised Windscribe as I use it as a back up and it's free. Full details on the link above. If you need any help just holler.

I have been sending emails to JL for weeks no reply or add chrome which i did still ACCESS DENIED remesaged nothing…..Sent another and got this little gem back
Thank you for your message.
Unfortunately, the app is currently unavailable in your region. Please try again at a later date.
Best wishes,
Natyjah
Sent this back to them
Well it has been fine in my region for the last 7 years
Try another reason
I’m not the only person, people on face book complain and face to face conversation can’t log in worse of all the
atrocious wait for reply, we have a membership we are unable to use
Clearly want your money you cant use the site they have no idea how to resolve the problem and I’m not telling them……… They have TECHNO people let them sort it instead of sending unhelpful messages

Was OK when she and her cohorts controlled it, but as soon as the Yanks took over it went tits up. It looks as if you can't get in touch with them any other way, other than being on their channel. That's another large company that won't recognize us. Bookings.com let you get so far and then no further.

BB I do suggest installing the Windscribe extension for Chrome, and when needed, set to UK for any websites that you cannot access here including Booking.com. You'd think I was making money out of this....I am not!

Well, well well. The No access message goes on about edgesuite.net. So I thought I'd have a look. Only techies will understand but I sort of understood it bounced enquiries to yet another dot.net company. It sounded seemed as if someone was being Hacked, but not prospective customer.
I've just used Moon Pig for an emergency card and it was great to operate, It cost 5.22 for a medium sized card and I set it out as I pleased with my own choice of front page, wording, font and colour and message, I could also have sent a huge balloon, flowers, bottle, chocolate etc for about 32.00 which would have been cheaper than a basic online flower delivery company I have used for years.

I have been trying unsuccessfully to access Blue Mountain e cards all morning. Kept getting an 'Access denied' screen. This has never happened before. I have just changed my Nord VPN from Cyprus or Turkey to the UK, and lo and behold, I can access the site! If you have a VPN change where it is coming from to the UK or USA and you might be OK.

It’s the VPN that counts more than the browser. It fools the system into thinking you are in a different country.
If you change it to UK then you should be able to access the site.

Thats why alphamike suggested Windscribe,I up loaded it and got into all the sites that said Access Denied edgesuite.net
Moon Pig I find expensive to be honest, and dont trust the delivery have used it and Funky Pig late delivery or lost in the ether.
Now with the help of alphamike, I can continue to use the membership I’ve paid for….
Jacquie Lawson havent got a clue how to resolve or answer the question,

they have your money so dont care you cant use the site

Wasn't just me Poppy. Others really helped to get you on the right path to get a solution. However, I am so glad that you are sorted out. It's wrong of websites to take your money and then ban the ISP/Country from gaining access. The least they should have done was offer you an immediate refund and a goodwill gesture.

If you already have Nord VPN you can load it onto other devices, I think up to 7. So you may be able to download it onto your laptop at no cost.
