I thought most car washers were recycling their water now? Ok maybe down the drain.

Are you saying that car washers, clean a car, the water is then recycled on their premises and its used again or am I misunderstanding the word recycled.

I did think it returned to a tank especially the auto ones as they have drains plus the cost surely would be more.
