Lapta - Refuse Tip

Advice please:
I have a couple of broken plastic sun beds plus small amount of building waste/rubble. Am I able to take these items to the Lapta tip for disposal?

Because most people just dump it.
I know when I did gardening in the area , a skip had to be ordered but probably because I had a van, could never understand why apart from people working with machinery and could get hurt
