10 days with little or no water, now having to have tanker delivery at 350tl per ton

I used to have a house in Alsancak. When the water was cut off I was told by the Belediye that they had a legal obligation to supply water to their citizens and was given a phone number to contact them when I needed a tanker, which I didn't have to pay for.

I agree it used to be like that in Alsancak, but not sure if its the same now. Nothing is!!

Unfortunately spoke to the mayor of esentepe last week, and he said no more money for tankers. And it will only get worse with all the new build going on. The tankers will be able to charge what they like.
