Think you have to have Resedansy not sure. Get form in tax office or post office

If you are on a tourist visa you can use your own countrirs licence

Turkish or TRNC?

I find people who I've know for years as Swallows, still say Turkish for loads of things when they mean TRNC.

As has been mentioned, you only need a TRNC license when you no longer have a tourist visa. So if you are just visiting regularly you can use your own country's license. Once you have been granted residency, exemption, work permit etc, then you must have a license from here. To answer your question, you will need to contact a driving school who will take you through the process for first time license.

Keep your English licence as they won’t fine you if stopped
