It is with great pleasure and excitement to be able to share with you the details. of the Kyrenia Animal Rescue's Christmas Bazaar.
It is going to be held on Sunday 16th November 2025 at the warm and welcoming Pia Bella Hotel in Girne .
Start time 12.00 Noon until 3.30pm with ample parking across the road from the front of the Pia Bella Hotel and there will be an entrance fee of just 80TL to be gifted.
The Bazaar will be inside in the Hotels main Restaurant and there will be KAR's tables plus other vendors selling their own wares. There will be KAR'S calendars on sale which are so special showing some of the animals from the shelter, you will be able to treat one of them to a Christmas Dinner, an amazing tombola and KAR'S incredible Rafffe with 4 beautiful, filled to the brim hampers for you to win.

ALL WE WANT FOR CHRISTMAS IS YOU! With your purses and wallets

Please come along and share some Christmas Cheer with caring and genuine people and help them help the animals in their care and others still out there.

Raffle tickets are now on sale from Minnies Salon and Gladrags KAR'S charity shop in Ozankoy. Thank you Tijen Tekniker for once again organising this for KAR. You are a Superstar and an angel.
4 beautiful hampers to be won filled with fantastic prizes. 300TL per ticket or 4 for 1000TL. Hotel stays, meals for two at some lovely restaurants. jewelry and lots more all as prizes so generously donated by lovely people helping KAR do what they do.

Thank you to everyone who came along and joined us at KAR'S Christmas Bazaar yesterday at the Pia Bella Hotel in Girne. It was a lovely few hours and we hope you enjoyed it as much as we volunteers did.
Lots of laughs, happy and smiling faces and lots of lovely items bought.
The Raffle is being drawn on the 20th December so still time to buy some tickets to have a go at winning one of the gorgeous prizes.
Also a Christmas Dinner for the animals in the shelter can still be purchased from our Gladrags shop in Ozankoy. Opening hours 9.30am to 1.00pm Monday -Saturday.

It was great, we took 15,000 TL on the Tombola.

A quick update on the KAR'S Christmas Bazaar,
On the day the majestic total of 165.000.00TL was raised with monies still to be added from the Raffle tickets, Calendars and Christmas Dinners for the cats and dogs in the shelter which can all still be bought,

Please do not forget about the two charity shops our Girne one which is by the Fire Station and Gladrags in Ozankoy on the coast road with ample parking at the front of the shop.

Can you offer some really recognisable building or sign to help point out the Ozankoy shop. I've lost count of the number of times I've left it too late and driven by, because the KAR sign is not really prominent. (or at least it hasn't been - it might have been erected now) Congrats on the Bazaar by the way.

Coming from Girne on the coast road, past the row of shops on the right that Tim''s Cafe is one of, then just past Capital Bank Gladrags is there on the right next door to Beydola Estate Agents. If you get to Credit West bank on the ,left you will know you have passed it.
Coming from Catalkoy it is on the left hand side just before Capital Bank and past the University on the left with Credit West on the right.
