Unable to order online

I am using the same number for ordering flowers in UK that I have always used but am getting on my senders section that (this number is not recognised with message that it is unavailable. ) +09 533 etc. Anyone else having same problem.

Forget the above, unless anyone can enlighten me. However I still want to order a load of flowers to be delivered in UK, but suddenly realised that everything is priced in GBP and now that I don't have a Halifax account in UK and debit card is in TL, I can't order on line and I don't ever use credit cards.
