Paypoint from the UK

Is anyone else having problems using Paypoint at the moment ?
It's normally OK from the UK but not today it seems 🤷‍♂️

I finally got through but wouldn't let me pay Kibtek. Said I didn't owe anything, when I knew I had December to pay.

I still have no access today to Paypoint but I have managed to pay directly on the Kibtek site . I might just do that in future.

How can l find out from kibtec how much my electric bill is?

Sometime ago I contacted them and they now email the bill monthly. It was surprisingly easy as I recall.

The incoming email address to me fron them is : e-fatura@kibtek.com

There is also a phone number (I think) of 6000900.

You could try either of those and give your account number and address.

There's a lot of criticism of Kibtek regarding power cuts, but give them their due, I've found them really good when contacting them for anything.
