Paypoint Cyprus

I am unable to access Paypoint Cyprus on any of my devices. I get a message telling me that the server is not responding. Is anybody else having the same problem ?
I have been trying to pay my Kibtek bill. At the moment, on the Kibtek website, my account shows no debt. Last month was the same but Paypoint did show my Kibtek bill which I paid.
Any suggestions would be appreciated as I am in UK and unable to pop into the Kibtek office.

Wrymouth. In desperation I finally went down to Kibet main offices in Girne. (8am) If you go after 9,30 you will have a waiting list of an hour or more ( realise you can't do that, but it gives you an idea) which differed on two devises but blank on a third. However, I gradually sorted it out but what a bloody nonsense their system is, Apparently at sometime around the latter end of last year I must have missed a month, then the next month paid twice to catch up (are you still with me). What they have done now is taken December and January, up until today. Hence I am now 500tl in credit they say. Or something like that. I bet I won't be in credit by the time they sort it out again at the end of this month. And yes Paypoint is going on about server not responding , yet again.

Just checked Paypoint and it is showing amount owing to Kibtek. Haven't tried paying it yet though.

AM. you should be OK now, they did seem to have their knickers in a bit of a twist early this morning with people peering at various screens.

Thanks BB, was up to my eyes with paperwork when I checked website and didn't want to get my knickers in a twist, so to speak.

I'm leaving it until tomorrow as my head is nipping.

Yesterday was cut off day, bound to be busy,Thursday afternoon mid month are generally very quiet. I have found all offices are busy up to a week after the bills are issued for those who pay immediately and then those who leave it to the last minute to pay. If the 2 groups meet it's mayhem:)
