Retrieve emails

Is it possible to retrieve emails sent about 3 years ago

Assuming that you haven't deleted them and you still have access to the email address, you should be able to retrieve them. I suppose it really depends on who you are with and T's & C's of their accounts, plus storage capacity they give you. That's off top of my head, and perhaps others have better knowledge than me (not difficult I know). I've got emails going back a lot longer than 3 years.

Crikey, mine go back years. I needed the name of a particular surgeon we saw in his private offices down South so by process of elimination and a bit of guess work was able to narrow it down to two years. Bit of a bind, but got there in the end.

I have deleted them can i retrieve i remember once my computer man got them all back somehow but i deleted them again

If you recently deleted them, have you checked your bin/trash/deleted folder(s)?
