Having a clear out found this menu, unfortunately the year is not there, any ideas anyone?

going by the prices - i would say 2000-2004

I have an a la carte menu for a hotel we had in Norfolk, the prices on it are mind blowing ,1960's I think it is. As for price of wines,!!!
