Water surprise

My water bill from LAC for January 166,884,41tl. I did get the impression that mine is not the only one this "Computer Error" has affected. Please check your bill especially if you pay by Direct Debit. My bill was recalculated? and was still 3 times the normal, but I had lost the will by then and just paid it.
