So i realise theres a section in kibkom for renewables but the last post was years ago.
For on grid for a villa whats a current realistic timescale for permits etc to intsallation

We waited about a year from start to fitting
Can give you a very reliable chap if you would like to chat with him…he does eveything no hassle for you.

Thanks.id read 6-9 months but 1 year doesnt surprise me. We are in iskele & i have somebody in mind to use for this but havent approached them just yet.

Well worth the out lay with electric going up
Soooo pleased we did it no worries with heating / cooling being on

So company quotes and it takes say 12 months for installation. Do they hold the price?

They did when we orders and paid deposit
It would be something you’d need to confirm

Please remember to tell the installer if you have an automatic generator as if you do you should have a telemetry cable run from the Genny to the Inverter box where there is a port available for this.

If you are not connecting your solar panels to also feed into the grid, I don't think you need a permit?
