We have not had our electricity bill sent to us by email for March. Can anyone advise or let us have a phone number so that we can get in touch with them. Thank you in advance.

I haven't received mine yet either, I think they may be late this month. Occasionally it doesn't come through and I email call.center@kibtek.com with my account number, that usually results in the email being sent.

Received mine 31st March. Did not receive Febs bill only amount by text. I have noticed that i usually do not receive bill by email if 1st of month falls on a weekend, only get text with amount owed. Have sent email to Kibtek, but still no response after one month.

BB, phone Kibtek on Monday and ask them to send you an itemised bill to your email address every month and hopefully that should sort out the problem. I would imagine that the SMS figure is the correct one, but who knows?

I stopped bank paying a good while back after they missed two payments at different times, unknown to me, resulting in me being cut off. At least now if I get cut off, it's my own fault. I do try to pay when the bill comes in, but also have a monthly reminder on my calendar to be on the safe side.

My bill is the same, much lower amount on Paypointcyprus. Think l will stick with the higher payment. Rather pay a bit more than be cut off!

Had this happen to us the other way round, turned out Kibtek app was just telling us that months usage but Paypoints app included a couple of late payment fees that had accrued .

Our neighbours got cut off last month. Turned out they'd missed a payment in November, not enough to trigger cut off then but the late payment penalty added each month eventually took them over the limit. The mistake they made was looking at (and paying) only the email amount and not the amount on the bill attached. The email only shows the period total, to see the full amount owed the attachment needs to be checked too. They did mention that they were unable to pay the late payment via the link on the email but it is visible and payable on paypoint.

What a quagmire! I always check the amount on email and attachment and so far, it's always been the same figure.

I also find the amount in their paypoint machines is correct. Its a bit of a nuisance sticking 200 notes in the machine, but at the same time I pop in and pay the water and then pootle up the road for a coffee and cake. That is if I have any cash left!!
