5year Residency

Can I apply for 5year residency for my wife at the same time I apply, although she will be in the UK at the time but I will have all the necessary documents with me .I am told no signatures are required at the time of applying etc.

Do you mean 5 year exemption? Although proposed last year 5 year residency is not available yet.

I very much doubt you can apply for your wife for exemption when she's not in the country, you definitely can't do that for residency. You can't even pay for residency when out the country.

I did mine a few weeks ago. If you get as far as the immigration office in Lefkosa, when your number is called to go in where you used to go in the olden days, they give you a form to fill in which has to signed so in your case it would be impossible without the person being there.
