Probate - car sale

Does anyone have experience of selling a car that's in probate? I am the executor of the will selling on behalf of the beneficiary who is not in the TRNC. I have Power of Attorney to complete the sale and looking for advice on the best/quickest way to get the car sold without having to deal with private individuals (ideally).

Has probate been finished?
The lawyer should put the car in the beneficiaries name and you then can use power of attorney.
Then maybe go around the galleries if you do not want to do a private sale
If cheap try the Pakistani restaurants

The car will be in the beneficiaries name. I'm wondering if anyone has experience of selling via a gallery in this way, how does it work? It is not a cheap car unfortunately.

Just go and ask. Some are not buying because too much stock. I know in trade ins they wont take all models because some are difficult to sell. So will depend which car you have. I hate trying to sell cars can completely understand not wanting to sell directly. If it was me id go on
www.kktcarabam.com see which garage has the most cars for sale the same model as this ask them if they will buy it. Some dealers focus on different lines. They might say no thanks we have 10 of them...just an idea. At least you can see their asking price and get an idea.

Thanks, I've been on there to compare. It's a BMW X1 and the prices differ quite wildly.

I did but he wasn't in. I left my details with the lady in the office but he didn't call me back.
