problem paying electric online

anyone else having problems with paying electric bill online , keeps saying wrong account number ?

I have tried paying Kibtek and water bill but neither are sending a OTP number so I can confirm payment. Third day in a row now

Just managed to pay mine online using link from Kibtek email

Just paid via Paypoint. No problem.

I can't recall ever having an OTP for Kibtek bill. Saying that, my memory is flipping awful these days.

I paid a customer's through the email as the account number did not exist on their normal link. I just assumed it was I was in the uk
Normally I go to the office with my list but this had to be paid as an additional one.

I get so far until the page changes to Turkish, but I think it says something about reference numbers as a message on my mobile. This never happens and I have to switch off. Anyone now what I'm doing wrong,

Kıbtek and Laç belediye, in recent months I pay directly on their pre paid section. I’ve stopped using PayPoint to pay because sometimes there are small fees as I use Revolut card. There is never a fee directly , well up to now anyway. I’ve not experienced any issues

Did not get my bill by email this month? But msnage to pay after looking at paypoint and doing it directly

I use pre paid and my balance is showing as 0.00 despite there being which is not correct - I have been putting a few extra pounds in each month in readiness for air con season

This sometimes, not always, happens for me, and yes, a message comes through on my phone with a number to be entered. Do they have your current number?
