Do you know there is a new Regulation / Requirement for purchasing a New Vehicle
Purchasing a car, as well as Passport you now need a Muhter.. letter same as for residency.
Just mention its for new car

I read somewhere that it's to confirm your address, so that fines can be directed towards the owner.

Applies to change of ownership also. Not just new cars’ registration.

Yes all to do with new cameras and correct address
Applies to all purchasing of private or from dealer
