I had to delete an old account Amazon account as hacked... I thought changing account would keep my details
I had used this account for many orders including all my kindle books Kindle is the old one. 4 round buttons one square on in the middle....
The new account does not recognise kindle, how can I got new books on my old kindle from new account..
Or reset without losing all my books
Thank you

You could always try connecting your old kindle to a computer, copy the book files across, reset your kindle, log in with your new account then connect to the computer again and copy your book files back on to the kindle.
Maybe worth a try if all else fails

uninstall and remove Amazon from your tablet, restart , then log on again to amazon.

Or send message to amzon stating your problem.

Susie, from your description of your kindle I think you will find it is one of the old models now no longer supported by Amazon. Info on this was sent out to users several months ago.
If you would like to dm/email me I might be able to help you a bit .

our Kindle is still tied to the old hacked account. You need to reset it. Settings > Device Options > Reset. Then register with the new account. The bad news is your old books won't be on the new account unless you transfer them. Amazon support can sometimes transfer content between accounts if you explain the situation. Or add the old account as an Amazon Household member to share content. Do that before resetting if you want to keep the books

Thank you the account was deleted as hacked….. I cant afford to lose massive amounts of books…

Trying to get hold of Amazon Support is a night mare cant get on to chat either….. Maybe just have to leave it an re read the books i have.

Reply to message 8.
Generally Amazon Turkey do not deliver outside of Turkey, and that includes North Cyprus.

If you have a PC/laptop a program called Calibre e-book Management might help.

It stores all your e-books on your system and allows transfers to/from your e-book reader

The program is free.
