other than Limasol bank are there any other ATM cash dispensers that take Revolut/credit cards without charging commission on withdrawals.

I use iktisat bank ATM in Alsancak. No charges so far.

Near East and Ziraat no charge for TL withdrawals

This is an old list that I have saved from a while back, so double check. I have only been using Limassol bank up in Esentepe village, just as it's in the area and attached to a bank. Very wary of using stand alone ATMs in case card gets swallowed.

Turk Bankasi no longer have ATMs, they have taken all theirs out of service! I have accounts with them at present but looking for another bank, think Capital will get my trade as it is closest to me and has a car park, bonus!

Most of the bank’s ATMs I’ve used don’t charge but that is for withdrawals in TL

I was assuming it was TL withdrawals that was required. Taking out Sterling is eye wateringly expensive. No idea how much, as haven't done that for years and years.
