tuesday are you sure it right normally these things fall on the following monday or is that just a British thing ?

Re : "Are you sure (re. the date) ?" - well, the flyer certainly says "Tuesday, May 1st".
Unfortunately, I have too much work to do, but it sounds to me, what with the "international stage show" etc, as though it could be a pleasant day-out.

Bet it will be a brilliant day, but sadly i will not be able to make it
