I see she is in hospital being treated for Norovirus. My sympathies to her as I have had it three times since Christmas and have been to hospital myself for treatment. On top of that I now have a chest infection but cannot take any more anti biotics. It is a horrible thing to get especially at her age but she has the best medics I am sure. I have no complaints at the treatment here by the way.

Thanks carolhm I am normally very lucky with my health but it has hit me hard this year. Maybe I need a holiday lol.

i also feel for her - I got it in November while on short hols in turkey - and it does take a while to shake off and feel 100% again - and as the other poster says, she's not a spring chicken any more, and however good the treatment, it still takes time to get back to normal - i hope she is given it and does not rush into "working" again too soon.

Been on the New she is now back at Buckingham Palace, all fit and well
