Don't forget - if your pool filter sand is more than 4 years old, it should be changed. We are currently doing several pools. Don't leave it 'till your pool turns green.

How much do you charge to change the sand in the sand filter including the supply of sand?

An average price for budgeting purposes would be appreciated.

£1.25 per kilo, subject to location, to supply and change the sand.

The filter should have a data label which will show the quantity of sand required. Typically a filter for an 8x4m pool would hold between 130 and 150kg.

Filter sand should be changed every 3 to 4 years.
