It depends what you want? I am with Extend and have been for the past 8yrs, their service is OK, the maximum speed is 4mbs, so if you use the internet a lot Multimax have up to 10 mbs. In addition, if you watch British TV Multimax offer a TV package but I think you need their internet connection. I will be going with Multimax when my current package expires with Extend.

I started with Extend but found the service poor and switched to Multimax who really are super-efficient and helpful. I had problems at the beginning and Erol tracked it down, sorted it out and it's been absolutely excellent ever since.

We're with Extend and have been since they were Ayza.net 7 years ago. I'm a bit of a techno phobe and get totally lost with the discussions on this form re Multimax and its pros and cons. We pay 250tl for three months with Extend for 2mb and as we have Digiturk for TV and are with My Privat Network we find its more than enough. If however, you download masses of music, films. games etc etc, then I guess you have to go with Multimax. (f you can't live without masses of UK TV then I suppose its Multimax, but we can't be bothered with it though, its mostly rubbish)

Multimax I think is the best, been with them over a year and have had no problems.
If you do have any they will sort it out straight away even on a Sunday.

Most people I know here use them.
I highly reccomended Multimax.

My vote is also with Multimax. We started off with Extend in our first house, never had any problems and reception was good. We took it with us when we moved but when the contract ended we switched to Multimax, mainly because of the price on offer at the time. Although we hadn't had any problems with Extend, we suddenly realised we could get a much better service through Multimax. We found on days we were paying for 2MB and getting in excess of 8!
I would also suggest to check with your close neighbours too just in case wherever you live is more suited to Extend or Multimax in terms of reception. Just a thought ...

Would it be correct in saying reception could be better with one or the other or the same. ?
To give an example if one company could not get clear reception on surveying the property .
Could it be a chance of the other company could get clearer reception ?

Mulitimax for me, reception Catalkoy has never been a problem. Friends are with Extend at the moment but are going with Multimax when their contract ends. I dont have the TV package I have the high speed internet for downloads etc, but with this I also get access to certain TV channels if I wish.

Multimax are by far the best. I had Extend and, for want of a better description the service was rubbish as was the support.
