Hi is there anyone out there know where
i can get my garden shears sharpened

The Canadian tool place near the Malpas turning from the main road, nearly opposite Bo Thai in Catalkoy will do that for you.

Mustafa,' opposite Stroll Inn in Karakum is very good at all machinery maintenance
