Yes - I am still buying! Why not 'cash in' now before the price of gold drops any further?

Do you have any old gold jewellery lying around the house - broken, bent, twisted, or complete - rings, bracelets, chains, toerings, noserings, even teeth .......??? The karat doesn't matter and don't worry if it is not hallmarked.
I will give you a good price to buy your jewels and will pay you cash there and then.

For an immediate, no fuss/no obligation offer to buy, please come to see me at either Chateau Lambousa in Lapta on Saturday mornings or Pine Bay Sunday market in Karaoğlanoğlu on Sunday mornings. I HAVE CASH WAITING JUST FOR YOU!

Alternatively, we can arrange to meet at a time and place more convenient for you - telephone 0542 878 5442 or drop me an e-mail on cyprusjules@yahoo.co.uk.

I will take any gold that you have - any Karat, any condition (except gold plated, rolled gold, or gold filled!).

Hope to see you soon ... but please remember to remove the tooth from the crown before you bring it to me!!!

pippie.

If you have looked at the gold market this last week the price of gold has fallen of the planet.
It has fallen from $1750 troz to $1375 troz and you still want to buy at this time.
Not to mention the price not including workmanship.//// SCRAP.
Workmanship is normally 30% of the cost of the purchase.
People at this time will loose a lot of money selling gold.
This means the person who bought a piece of gold, ie chain, ear rings in 24k gold at $ 1500 will loose out on their investment as the workmanship incurred in the purchase will not be in the final weight, it takes about 10 yrs from purchasing 24kt to regain the cost of the workmanship.

Thanks Karmels. Good point and if anyone has bought gold in the past 3 years of less, this is not a good time to sell. And that is exactly what I tell anyone who comes to me with any newish items.

However, you will notice from my ad that I am inviting people to sell their "old" gold. The price of gold has on average increased over the past 10 years, even 5 years. Anyone who buys anything as an investment knows they have to hang on to it for a good few years before they can start to reap the benefits proper. Therefore, for truly "old" gold, it is still a good time to sell. A lot of things I take in are broken or worn and rather than leave it sitting in the back of a drawer, it might as well earn some money for the owner. As you know gold prices are up and down every day but how long do you hold on to granny's old engagement ring before you decide you're never going to wear it afterall and your 3 year old son won't want it either?!!!
