Micro Sim Card

Does anyone know if Turkcell issue micro sim cards or will I need to convert my existing sim card

I had mine changed to a micro at Turkcell free of charge ~ they even transferred all my contact numbers to the new one. Great service

The chap in Lamars (by the entrance) Karkum has machine that chops a standard size sim card down to a micro sim

I went into the Turkcell offices office opposite Italiano and three of them were faffing around including the Manager and didn't know what the hell I was talking about because I wanted my old SIM card "clipped" and toke all the addresses etc with me. I then went uo to the Turkcell offices next to The Life Hotel and the service I got was terrific. When i told them what had happened at the other branch, they all burst out laughing, "typical" was the reply. I then bought another larger SIM card for 20tl (which they registered in my number so that I have two phones working and charged just in case of emergencies or loss of either of them)

Went to Turkcell office by Life Hotel yesterday, they gave me a new micro sim and after a little bit of persuasion a new full size sim both on my existing number. They installed both sims into separate phones for me as well. The charge was 20TL.
