Our standard package consists of the following.

• Once weekly visit and inspection of the property
• Open doors and windows to air the property
• Flush lavatories and run taps
• Run and test all air-conditioning units
• Additional visit after heavy storms
• Payment of utility bills*
• Water household indoor plants
• Weekly security inspection of all doors, windows, etc
• Check for water leaks, etc
• Provide regular report with photographs if necessary
• Arrange for necessary repairs and maintenance works

Our additional service includes:
• Welcome packs for yourself, or your guests
• Laundry services (bedding, towels, linens, etc)
• Pre-arrival (Full Clean)
• Mid stay cleans
• Departure cleans
• Rental client meet and greet service
• Gardening, tidying and full maintenance:
• General repairs and maintenance*
• Swimming pool cleaning and full maintenance:

(In summer months the pool will be cleaned twice and chemicals will be checked and balanced).
(In winter months the pool will be cleaned once but we will visit twice to check all is ok.)
