In the Buzz Book (get yourself a free copy, very useful) Osteopath in Catalkoy, 0392 8244349, not used him, so cannot comment. Quite a few other alternative treatment services there. My wife uses Ilkar 053387484491 a Physio in Girne who has done a great job on her back when discs went out.

You could contact Chris, nurseawful, at VIPmed, I'm sure she could advise you where to go.
Hope you get it sorted.

I had problems a few years ago and Dr Can Cobanoglu was recommended to me.
I had extensive treatment from him for a ruptured disc and haven't had to return. He is situated behind the Lefkosa Lemar. If you drive up the side of Lemar (the shop and car park on your right), turn right at the end of the building, take 2nd left (I think) you should see his clinic (house) to the right (North Easterly direction). There were signs on the road so keep an eye out for them.
At that time he did a walk in clinic from 9am to 12 noon and appointments only in the afternoon. I have a feeling he is closed on Wednesday or Thursday. Tel 0392 223 4800 or 0392 223 4232, email is
drcan@kibris.net, website
http://www.arsarthro.com.tr according to his business card.
He has treated my brother, niece and lots of friends all of whom have been very pleased with the results.

Buzz Book wrong. It's my believe that the German person (Osteopath) has not lived here for at least 4 years and Leah Claydon left about 3 years ago. We have been and know a number of people who have been to Dr Cobanoglu in Lefkosa, he specializes in sports injuries amongst other things and uses pain killing injections quite a lot. We won't go again, but I know people who swear by him as per message in this thread. In our case he used platelet replacement therapy.

I would strongly recommend Can Cabanoglu, been using for 3 years, have problem with slipped disc, that I do not take care of, he is a miracle worker, trust me, am undergoing treatment at moment, perfect English speaking and explains everything, walk in clinic is still going and prob best way, he is also open on Thursday, so good luck I am sure he will get it sorted.

Royalcorpsoftranspor Can Cobanoglu is about 30 minutes from Kyrenia, but fully qualified osteopath and very good at it, many of my friends in Alsancak have used him and all been very happy, so yes long way to go in pain, but worth it, unfortunately there are no qualified Oesteopath's in Girne area that I know about, and he does get results, his costs per visit are around 100TL including treatment on day, and follow up appointments for one month (subsequent visits may incur charges for medication).

Butterfly-have you considered trading him in for a newer model,as he is obviously faulty and needs replacing?
