We currently use Digiturk for Tv and a dongle for internet but the british channels available on digiturk are not sufficient so it is time to change but we would like someone to come in and do a full installation and set up including a wireless router as we are useless with computers any suggestions and an idea of costs would br great.BBB

I can recommend multimax, Erol will probably answer this for you. I am very satisfied with the service they provide.

I have been with Multimax just over a week. Their installation went Ok just one small glitch, when the engineer arrived my PC was no where near the TV, in fairness he did give me three options, but one was a hard wire from the TV to the PC which would look untidy, I paid a further 150tl for two small devices so the two could "speak" to each other, just didn't expect to pay more that was all.

Overall, pretty happy with the reception and choice of channels, although it does "drop out" which is a pain we just reboot and its OK. (We live in Ozankoy)

It looks like the best option so far for here, our sky dish is now an ornament in the garden!!

Forgot to mention, the cost was about 1450tl without the router, I had my own. That cost included the TV top box, that was a one off payment, but we do pay 32 euros a month for the TV. I took a one year internet with 5mb speed.

Hi there,

We have been with Digital Supreme for a few years, and have just gone with their new system which is the TV package that is through the internet, so no dish needed.

The cost was £130 for the small box that goes near your TV, and £300 for a year of TV , which includes all BBC channels, all ITV, all Sky Movie channels, all Sky Sports channels, lots more Sky stuff and other channels, including lots more sports channels. You can usually get every premiership game live on one of the sports channels.

We changed to this system 3 weeks ago and as yet have had no problems at all.

We pay monthly for the internet @110 TL per month, but if you have no internet at all you may be charged for the little box that goes outside.

Apparently you can take the little box home and use it there (UK and maybe elsewhere), and get the same channels, but we won't know if that works until July.

They are based in Lapta and the phone number is 05338342304/5

Just for info (and I work for Multimax) the NTV system gives access to its TV content via a set top box AND via a website interface. Both or either can be used in any geographical location where there is a sufficient internet connection (approximately 2mbs).

Erol is currently in the UK and wont be back until next week, if you can send a quick email at info@multimaxcyprus.com with your name or call us at 0548 888 6629, another engineer will try to help you out.

Been living in TRNC for nearly 8 years now. So far i have had Digiturk, Digital Supreme and now Multimax's NTV TV, without a doubt Multimax TV is the best by a long haul. My local still uses DS TV and often the sound is out of sync with the TV.

I switched to MM for internet very early on after a number of up and down years with Extend. MM has been excellent, the normal deliver tends to be above what I am paying for and down time even when it is for things largely out of their control is often credited.

My vote 100% Multimax
