Hi, I hope someone can help me with where I can find out how close you can build to the boundary of your land.
I had in my mind that it was either 1 or two metres?
Tried to ask "Local Authority" but could not make myself understood, my fault not theirs.
Does anyone know the rules, if there are any?
Thanks

Kirk from Bracey builders is a very nice chap.
He came round to my house a few months back as I wanted a quote to have a wall rebuilt.
I haven't heard from him since then.
Enough said.

Go to the Kymakam office in Girne, first floor and ask for Kerim he is helpful and speaks good English. If you have current plans and kocan take them with you too. Is your property built with final inspections and is it marked on the Kocan?
