I cannot log into my yahoo email account all morning. I am sure there is nothing wrong on my side because I can connect to everywhere else with no problems. Does anyone else have any problems connecting to their yahoo email account this morning?

Thanks! I still cannot log in. The actual page for name and password does not open for me to log on. I can access google gmail no probs! It must have something to do with my service provider. Are any of you using Nethouse please? (before I give them a call)

We are with Nethouse.

My problem is that since yesterday I am unable to access a number of sites such as BBC News, the Guardian, FT, Lapta weather, Sudoko to name a few. I can access other sites. MY problem is that the URL just hangs.

My husband can access thebsites on his laptop. My neighbour can access the sites on her iPad and she is with Nethouse.

I don't know if there is some sort of software update with Nethouse and maybe my iPad has a problem because it is 2 years old, but I do have the latest IOS software on it.

If you ring nethouse, I would be interested to hear what they tell you.

I posted a request for help on another website but didn't get any replies so am assuming it isn't a widespread problem.

Hope your problem is resolved quickly.

We had a lot of trouble connecting to Hotmail, Skype etc with X-real net in the Lapta area but have recently changed to Multimax which by the way is brilliant in our opinion....... however why not use the free internet tool to check your internet connection speed on the following link which will give you a good clue whether it's a service provider problem or something at your end..... the link is

http://www.mmcyp.com/index.php?lang=en

and the test icon is on the right hand side of the home webpage (about 2 o'clock)

for the record and as a yardstick I got the following results

x real net download 2.08 upload 1.08 (5 mbps connection was lousy)
multimax download 13.62 upload 7.78 (5 mbps excellent)

Hope this helps you
